Karnataka Heritage Tour

Day 01: Bangalore
On arrival at Bangalore airport / railway station you will be met by our representative and will transfer you to hotel. Afternoon city tour. Visit Lalbagh Gardens, Cubban Park & Museum. Overnight stay in Bangalore.
Day 02: Bangalore/Mysore (127 kms/2.5 hrs)
AM 0900 Hrs after breakfast check out from the hotel and leave for Mysore. Full day sightseeing around Mysore. Visit the Lalitha Mahal, St.Philomena Church, Mysore Zoo, Sri Jayachmarajenda gallery, Srirangapatna fort (fort of Tiger of Mysore, Tipu Sultan), Ranganathittu, Bharachukki Cascade, and Tirumakudla Narasipura. On arrival at Mysore check in at Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03: Mysore
AM 0900 Hrs after breakfast we take for a city tour. Visit City Palace, beautiful Vrindaban Gardens and Chamundi temple. Afternoon free for independent activities. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 04:Mysore-Srirangapatnam-Shravanabelagola (83 kms/2 hrs)
AM 0900 Hrs after breakfast check out from the hotel for a drive to Shravanabelagola via Srirangapatnam.In Srirangapatnam visit the Sriranganathan Fort/Tipu Sultan's Fort, Sriranganatha temple, Dariya Daulat Bagh and the Gumbaz. Other places of interest are the Jama Masjid, Dungeons, grave of Colonel Bailey, place of Tipu Sultan's death, Dodda Ghosai ghat, Jain basti and Tipu Sultan's racket court .On arrival in Shravanabelagola check in to hotel. Later we take you to Indragiri and Chandragiri hills, Gomateshwara temple, Chavundaraya Basthi, Mahastambha and Bhadrabhumi caves. Overnight stay in hotel. Shravanabelagola.

Day 05: Shravanabelagola - Hassan (52 kms/2 hrs)
AM 0900 Hrs after breakfast leave for Hassan.On arrival at Hassan. Check in at Hotel. In the afternoon we take to visit the Hasanambha temple, the goddess after whom the place is named. Evening at leisure, enjoy the tranquility of the place away from the madding crowd. Hassan is also called poor man's "Ooty". for a sightseeing tour of Chennakeshawa Temple at Belur dating back to 13th century during Hoysala dynasty & Hoyasaleshwara temple at Halebid. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 06: Hassan - Halebid - Belur - Hassan
AM 0900 Hrs after breakfast we take you for a sightseeing tour of Halebid (also known as dwarasamudra) and Belur (also known as dakshin varanasi). In Halebid visit the Hoysaleswara temple, Kedareshwara temple, Jain Mandir and Sri Ranganatha temple. In Belur visit the Chennakeshwara temple, also in hoysala style. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 07: Departure
AM 0900 at leisure we will pick you from the hotel and drive you to Bangalore airport for onward flight. End of Tour / services.
